The regeneration of the former Royal Hospital Buildings and the adjacent Dreadnought Hospital, which form part of the World Heritage Site of Maritime Greenwich, was a major project to provide a new Campus for the University of Greenwich, including a Library and Learning Resources Centre, teaching, staff and social space to accommodate 8,000 students.
“The buildings of the former Royal Hospital for Seamen at Greenwich, spectacularly sited on the banks of the River Thames, form part of one of the finest architectural ensembles in European architecture. These are the buildings which now provide a new ‘front door’ for the University of Greenwich.

University of Westminster
The regeneration of the University of Westminster, Marylebone Road Campus involved extending this dense urban site built in the 1970’s to provide additional teaching and administrative accommodation. This involved new structures built above and infilling below the existing, and remodelling interiors. Work included the replacement of much of the defective aluminium glazing with new insulated systems.
